This is a popular hiking route which is generally considered to be difficult. It's remote, it features medium exposure and is typically done between June and September. From a low point of 2 km to the maximum altitude of 3.7 km, the route covers 26 km, 2467 vertical metres of ascent and 2466 vertical metres of descent.
Description
One of the highest summits accessible without glacier traverse or climbing gear. Beautiful glaciers, can be shortened by not passing by lago del careser.
