Il percorso si sviluppa seguendo alcuni dei sentieri più belli e panoramici del versante veronese del gruppo del Carega e toccandone le principali cime e 'passi'. Da prendere in considerazione che lungo il percorso non sono presenti molte fonti d'acqua e nel periodo estivo non è raro trovarle asciutte.
