This is a popular trail running route which is generally considered to be severe. It's very remote, it features high exposure and is typically done in April, May, September, October and November. From a low point of 3.4 km to the maximum altitude of 5.5 km, the route covers 57 km, 2984 vertical metres of ascent and 4263 vertical metres of descent.
Description
Typically done as a week long trek, very fit mountain runners can do this route in one day given the right conditions, weather and acclimatization.
