This is a popular hiking route which is generally considered to be difficult. It's very remote, it features high exposure and is typically done between January and March. From a low point of 370 m to the maximum altitude of 1.8 km, the route covers 16 km, 1624 vertical metres of ascent and 563 vertical metres of descent.
Gain the alpine saddle on your way through to the Rees-Dart circuit. Steep uphill sections that can be very exposed. Jawdropping views of the surrounding high alpine peaks.
Difficult
