This is a popular hiking route which is generally considered to be difficult. It's remote, it features extreme exposure and is typically done between December and January. From a low point of 1.8 km to the maximum altitude of 2.9 km, the route covers 3.2 km, 1109 vertical metres of ascent and 28 vertical metres of descent.

Description

Climb the steep "kangaroo" snow slope lookers left of the ramp. once at the ridge, climb ~3 25m pitches of moderate to the top of the rock buttress. Continue up the ridge to the summit of Aspiring.
