A 6 day loop of Jotunheimen that starts and ends at Spiterstulen. This hike will take you to Norway's highest peak, Galdhøpiggen on the first day, and Norway's second highest peak, Glittertind on the last day. This hike can be walked from hut to hut, or huts can be completely avoided, depending on your preferences. Highlights include walking over snow fields, views of Norway's highest mountain range, many glacial and snow-melt lakes and roaring waterfalls. Wildlife you can expect to encounter are mainly reindeer. You will most likely share the path with other hikers when heading up Galdøpiggen and perhaps Glittertind, but other than that you are not likely to meet other people.
