Start in Kościelisko at the entrance of the national park. Follow the valley and start to ascend pretty steeply to the left with a well marked red path that brings you up through the forest onto the ridge. While at the ridge it's key to keep to the path as the northern slopes are treacherous bluffs. You reach the summits of Ciemniak, Krzesanica, Małołączniak and Kondratowa Kopa. You descend from Kondratowa Kopa quite steeply on rocky steps to Hala Kondratowa, where you can have a meal at the mountain hut. From there it's and easy walk in the forest to Kuźnice, where you exit the park.
