This is a popular trail running route which is generally considered to be moderate. It's not remote, it features high exposure and is typically done between September and May. From a low point of 122 m to the maximum altitude of 468 m, the route covers 9 km, 405 vertical metres of ascent and 405 vertical metres of descent.
Description
The route is moderate with a large incline in the beginning so be sure to get that out of the way as quickly as possible. The rest is all quite easy so definitely a space to set some PB's for 5K's
