This is a popular ski touring route which is generally considered to be moderate. It's remote, it features low exposure (e1) and is typically done between February and May. From a low point of 670 m to the maximum altitude of 1.8 km, the route covers 10 km, 1154 vertical metres of ascent and 1159 vertical metres of descent. It's graded 2.1 and Labande grade 3. You'll need skins to complete it safely.

Description

Classic ski tour with magnificient view from the top. Jökelbäcken is an avalanche runout zone, so route finding and micro navigation is crucial.
