Mountain Biking Difficult
The Crest La Siala is characterized by two things: rocky singletrack and stunning views. If you dare to take your eyes off the demanding trail and look around you’ll see the Vorab Glacier dominating the skyline above and the attractive town of Flims below.
Beginning at the top of the gondola from Murschetg to Crap Sogn Gion, head north, starting with a steep descent down the valley. You then head along rocky singletrack to a stream which you follow along to the Plaun plain before heading back around to Murschetg.

Mostly stable trail tread with some variability featuring larger and more unavoidable obstacles that may include, but not be limited to: bigger stones, roots, steps, and narrow curves. Compared to lower intermediate, technical difficulty is more advanced and grades of slopes are steeper. Ideal for upper intermediate riders.
