This is a popular alpine climbing route which is generally considered to be difficult. It's extremely remote, it features medium exposure and is typically done in undefined. From a low point of 5 km to the maximum altitude of 5.2 km, the route covers 917 m, 219 vertical metres of ascent and 3 vertical metres of descent. You'll need crampons, quickdraws, glacier kit and 2 ice axes to complete it safely.

Description
After exploring the Zaroshkul glacier the team identified Pk 5248 as their first objective. After three hours of climbing PD+ terrain they successfully achieved a first summit at 5248m.
