This is a popular ski touring route which is generally considered to be difficult. It's not remote, it features high exposure (e3) and is typically done between January and June. From a low point of 2 km to the maximum altitude of 3.2 km, the route covers 2.8 km, 1255 vertical metres of ascent and 25 vertical metres of descent. It's graded 4.1 and Labande grade 4. You'll need skins, ice axe and crampons to complete it safely.
