Description
As you might imagine, none of the mileage will come easily: the hike climbs steeply to gain the ridge and then once there, it is constantly climbing or descending through rugged terrain as it follows the spine of the mountain range. Over its 15.5-mile distance, this hike gains over 4,000 feet of vertical. And remember: you need to turn around and retrace your steps to get back to where you began.
