This is a popular freeride skiing route which is generally considered to be extreme. It's very remote, it features high exposure (e3) and is typically done between April and July. From a low point of 3.1 km to the maximum altitude of 4 km, the route covers 3.4 km, 42 vertical metres of ascent and 959 vertical metres of descent. You'll need skins, ice axe and crampons to complete it safely.

Very steep entry. Three variants to choose from. Entry is over around 53 and mellows out into mid to low 40's about 600ft down. Wide enough to carry some speed and not have to jump turn the whole couloir. Be weary of the large cornice that forms on the west side near the entry.

Extreme skiing terrain above 45 degrees. These routes are reserved for experienced experts.
