Upper Grizzly Bowl Map

This is a great backcountry bowl that can be accessed by hiking the North and South Bowl bootpack and ducking under the boundary line on hikers' right. This has a much more technical entry than Grizzly Bowl proper and involves navigating an extremely narrow choke. Once you pass the choke, the line becomes quite similar to Grizzly Bowl proper (which is to say, very enjoyable!)

Difficulty

Severe

Steep skiing at 38-45 degrees. This requires very good technique and the risk of falling has serious consequences.
