The route mapped here is just one possibility for skinning to the top of Sunshine 10, taking Double Cabin the whole way. This is a green groomer, with what can best be described as rolling terrain. The going is easy and the views are nice, despite the roads and homes that surround. For novice uphillers, the few steeper pitches are enough to work on skinning technique, especially when icy. Once at the top, you can enjoy some blue and even black terrain for the first part of the way down, then it’s all green for the runout back to base.
