This is a popular ski touring route which is generally considered to be moderate. It's not remote, it features low exposure (e1) and is typically done between February and May. From a low point of 3.4 km to the maximum altitude of 3.6 km, the route covers 293 m, 0 vertical metres of ascent and 140 vertical metres of descent. It's graded 2.1 and Labande grade 3. You'll need skins to complete it safely.

Description

From the summit, skin south on the west side of the road. Once you start naturally going up, turn right and follow a shoulder to the summit. Pick a line to ski down.
