To get to this line you'd either have to hike or helicopter to the top. The line has multiple choke points and mandatory Air's depending on the snowpack (Especially at the bottom). Silverton is known for it's extreme skiing and this is no different. If you are attempting this you're probably a seasoned expert and you've been looking at it for years.
