This is a popular ski touring route which is generally considered to be severe. It's remote, it features low exposure (e1) and is typically done between May and July. From a low point of 3.7 km to the maximum altitude of 3.9 km, the route covers 484 m, 0 vertical metres of ascent and 206 vertical metres of descent. It's graded 4.1 and Labande grade 4. You'll need ice axe and crampons to complete it safely.

Description

This is couloir furthest left on the face. In other words, the first couloir right of the NE Slopes route. This tends to not have a cornice, a welcome change for the area. Use the Arapaho Pass Trail to get here, then climb the line and ski it.

Steep skiing at 38-45 degrees. This requires very good technique and the risk of falling has serious consequences.
