This is a popular ski touring route which is generally considered to be difficult. It's not remote, it features low exposure (e1) and is typically done between March and May. From a low point of 3 km to the maximum altitude of 3.2 km, the route covers 284 m, 0 vertical metres of ascent and 169 vertical metres of descent. It's graded 3.1 and Labande grade 4. You'll need skins to complete it safely.
Description
From the top of the Lost Lake Chutes, descend the far skier's left option in the trees. Exiting the trees to skier's right, go down to the lake.
