In this loop, you'll start near Sand Beach, cross the street and make your way up the small mountain.
For an extra challenge, you can add-on the thrilling <a href="http://www.ericsturgeon.com/blog/beehive-loop-hike-acadia-national-park/">beehive loop</a> on your ascent.
At the peak of Gorham Mountain, you'll have a beautiful view of the ocean and Sand Beach below.
After gradually descending the mountain, you'll walk along the ocean path which follows the road on your back to the car or shuttle.
