If you're looking to ski "The Thunderbolt" this is probably the route you want. Be aware that the second bridge may still be washed out, which is why the modern hiking trail / fire road follows the left bank (walking up). Of course... you could build a kicker and gap the stream. Don't! You'll never make it!
