This is a popular freeride skiing route which is generally considered to be extreme. It's extremely remote, it features extreme exposure (e4) and is typically done between January and May. From a low point of 3.4 km to the maximum altitude of 3.9 km, the route covers 516 m, 3 vertical metres of ascent and 458 vertical metres of descent. It's graded 5.2 and Labande grade 7. You'll need rope, skins, ice axe and crampons to complete it safely.
