This is a popular ski touring route which is generally considered to be easy. It's very remote, it features low exposure (e1) and is typically done between October and May. From a low point of 1.8 km to the maximum altitude of 2.3 km, the route covers 4.9 km, 453 vertical metres of ascent and 31 vertical metres of descent. It's graded 1.1 and Labande grade 1. You'll need skins to complete it safely.

Description

This is the easiest way to get into the Northern Bridgers mid season without the use of a snowmobile. About 3 miles to Ainger lake through mostly old clearcuts.
