This is a popular ski touring route which is generally considered to be difficult. It's very remote, it features medium exposure (e2) and is typically done between October and June. From a low point of 2.5 km to the maximum altitude of 2.8 km, the route covers 996 m, 336 vertical metres of ascent and 17 vertical metres of descent. It's graded 2.3 and Labande grade 3. You'll need skins and crampons to complete it safely.

This blown off chute is usually the easiest and most efficient way to ski the South facing lines in Frazier Basin, and some things further North
