Top Notch / North Face Arrowhead Peak Map

Top Notch is a relatively steep line for the first 500 feet before it mellows out in Frazier. From the top of Arrowhead, jump into the south-east Face, ski a couple quick turns, heading for the obvious notch to the skier's left about 40 feet from the top. You will be able to gaze down the line from here and choose to go left or right at the rock outcropping about 100 feet down the line. The left option is fall line and more consistent, while the right side has a little jog in it; going from right back to the left. This upper part is about 40 degrees, so ski accordingly. There are a few spots to boost in this upper part if you're so inclined. Be aware of wind affect as you are skiing down the lower portion of the line, the wind swirls around in here.
