This is a tighter and steeper version of Left Buttress. It's the same length, but a bit more cruxy. Approach is the same as for Left Buttress with access from Lake Of The Clouds and Tuckerman Ravine both being possibilities. The first crux is dropping in, a cliff in the top of the line constricts the entrance. Slide in from skiers left into the gut of the chute. A few tight turns through a second choke lead to the tree filed runout below. Gear up and begin the long hike out, the easiest exit is to climb Left Buttress and hike back across the Bigelow Lawn towards whatever drainage you approached from. Be aware that this a serious line in a very remote setting. If you aren’t certain about the conditions or don’t feel comfortable skiing tight chutes, consider more mellow terrain. This area is very difficult to evacuate so an accident could be highly consequential.
