This epic point-to-point ride on the Elkhorn Crest Trail begins from the parking lot on the Marble Creek Road. If you have a 4x4 vehicle, you may be able to drive higher up the road--otherwise, park at this trailhead.
Description
After climbing the road, take a right on the Elkhorn Crest Trail and traverse across this epic mountain range!
This route drops down the technical Summit Lake Trail back toward the valley below..

Severe
Widely variable, narrow trail tread with steeper grades and unavoidable obstacles of 15in/38cm tall or less. Obstacles may include unavoidable bridges 24in/61cm wide or less, large rocks, gravel, difficult root sections, and more. Ideal for advanced-level riders.
