This is a popular ski touring route which is generally considered to be difficult. It's very remote, it features medium exposure (e2) and is typically done between March and June. From a low point of 2.8 km to the maximum altitude of 3.6 km, the route covers 1.5 km, 0 vertical metres of ascent and 843 vertical metres of descent. It's graded 4.1 and Labande grade 4. You'll need skins and crampons to complete it safely.

Description

The king line on the Wasatch's highest peak. A 1300' chute followed by a 1400' apron. A dream line for any passionate backcountry skier! The top may have a small but manageable cornice to navigate, but that is the only major hazard on this line.
