This is a popular hiking route which is generally considered to be difficult. It's extremely remote, it features extreme exposure and is typically done between June and October. From a low point of 1.1 km to the maximum altitude of 2.4 km, the route covers 19 km, 1376 vertical metres of ascent and 1376 vertical metres of descent.

This trail is a difficult one. At 11.6 miles long, and a 4,500 foot gain, it is strenuous.
