Gnar Couloir!! This is a full on, exposed Big Line. Hard to access, barely ridden.
Freeride Skiing Extreme
Door 2 is the only other couloir that has been skied besides Door 4. This one has a very large cornice that looms over it and it is hard to access safely. That being said, if you can access it safely you are in for a treat. It is a 300m, steep and skinny couloir with a cliff band on the skiers left of the line. Give this line lots of respect. Be sure to have a team that is spotting you (and it is film worthy). Also worth having a rope/anchor system while accessing the entry over the cornice. You can spot the peak between Door 2 and Door 3 from the ridge. That is your access point. You will likely have to cornice cut an entry. Depending on the cornice size you may need to air drop into the line and ski towards the skiers right to avoid the cliff band. Then its a straight shot into upper Greely Bowl. Recommended for expert skiers.
