This 12.2 km out-and-back trail is great for backpacking & camping with amazing views at base camp. The trailhead is located just past the 10 km mark at the fork up Blowdown Pass FSR.

Description

Camping at the base of the glacier by the Stein Valley Park boundary will put you in a good spot to bag Gotcha, Gott & Not Gott Peak all in one day!

Dogs: YES, this is a dog friendly trail, but the scrambling may involve carrying your dog up some steeper sections!

NOTE: Bears are common in this area.

CAUTION: Keep an eye on wildfires in the area so as to not get caught in one inadvertently as this area is in a very active fire region.
