Haize 11_Pic d'Iparla Map

A classic Basque Mountain by an uncommon path. Starting by Bordazar it mean to enjoy the Iparla mountain from A to Z. You start in the forest at the bottom of the crests, where a river runs thought it, then path following sheep fields to lead you on a narrow path hanging on the crests, an aerial part impressive for dizzy people, then you start climbing crests by Iparla pass to get on the top. Here, the abrupte profile of the crests, make beautiful landscape at the bottom of it and Pyrenean vulture are always here to make the show, you’ll see sheep in fields and small villages all around where smoke from chimneys gently rises.
