This is a popular freeride skiing route which is generally considered to be severe. It's very remote, it features medium exposure (e2) and is typically done between January and April. From a low point of 2.1 km to the maximum altitude of 2.5 km, the route covers 1.2 km, 17 vertical metres of ascent and 382 vertical metres of descent. It's graded 3.2 and Labande grade 4.

Description

From the Henri piste head off right after not too long to access the top of the couloirs. There are two options from here offering steep skiing that should not be undertaken lightly.

Difficulty

Severe

Steep skiing at 38-45 degrees. This requires very good technique and the risk of falling has serious consequences.
