You could start from different locations such as Tignes le Lac, Chartreux, Tignes Val Claret, La Daille.

Typical route would start from Tignes Chartreux.

A great route to include in preparation for UTMB/CCC/TDS/ OCC as the trails are really simliar and all above 1900m+ altitude also.
