Description

The trail unveils charming vistas of Srinagar city as you make your way up. Standing atop Mamneth Top offers expansive views of Srinagar and parts of North Kashmir. The aerial perspective of Dal Lake and Hazratbal Shrine is particularly enchanting, and at times, the entire city lies beneath a captivating cloud cover. Witnessing a sea of clouds gently floating below is an indescribable sensation.

To the left, the lush Astanmarg Meadow adds a refreshing dimension to the trail, while towards the East, you'll be treated to fabulous views of Mahadev Peak (12,940 feet), the tallest in the Srinagar district. To the north, rolling green meadows of Astanmarg and Lidwas Meadow opening up in the East enhance the scenic beauty.

It's crucial to note that there are no water sources along the entire trek, so ensure you fill up your water bottles before embarking on this mesmerizing journey.
