An enjoyable, easy hike on the slopes of mount Tofana di Rozes, set in the Natural Park of the Ampezzo Dolomites.

Description

From the parking area, walk uphill following the prepared path, with directions to the mountain hut Rifugio Dibona. After about 15 minutes you will reach the Malghe di Fedarola, where a trail connects the area with the skiing area of Pocol - Baita Resch. From here, continue on the track leading to Rifugio Dibona, where you will enjoy evocative views of the mountains Tofana di Rozes, Croda da Lago and the Lastoi de Formin. The mountain hut, originally built during the First World War and later dedicated to the famous mountain guide Angelo Dibona, has a large panoramic terrace and excellent cuisine. Don’t miss the casunziei, the tagliolini with blueberries, mascarpone cream cheese and speck cured meat, and the apple strudel.

For the return, ski down the same route back.

The time is for the entire itinerary.
