This is a popular ski touring route which is generally considered to be moderate. It's not remote, it features medium exposure (e2) and is typically done between February and May. From a low point of 1.7 km to the maximum altitude of 2.1 km, the route covers 8.4 km, 953 vertical metres of ascent and 945 vertical metres of descent. It's graded 3.3 and Labande grade 5. You'll need skins, ice axe and crampons to complete it safely.
Description
El desceno de la canal del Agujas tiene una salida bastante vertical (apróx. 50º). Durante unos 25m apróx. es la parte más delicada según el tipo de nieve. Si está suelta se generan purgas que hay que gestionar. Si está muy duro es impracticable para bajar deslizando.
