Corvatsch - West face Map

This descent of the West face is certainly more forgiving than that of the North face but should certainly not be underestimated as it starts in a steep, narrow couloir which then opens up into a few hundred metres of less technically challenging terrain. It has an alpine feel and is close to the lift system.

Description

In order to access the route, exit the the Corvatsch Bergstation in the direction of Curtinella, descend a few metres to a ledge and enter the west facing couloir. Descend the couloir for around 200m of vertical loss before being able to relax a bit more by following the route back to the Rabglusa piste..
