Freeride Skiing Severe
A forest trees line reached after passing under the chairlift via the blue slope "45 - Foilleuse". As soon as the piste does a sharp turn R, after a long straight line, a steep entrance accesses this line. Other than trees and possible small avalanches at the entrance, there are no hazards, although at 1600 metres the snow cover can be thin so keep an eye out for rocks. Good tree skiing skills are required and the area is quite isolated. The line comes out on the blue run "31 - La Tovassière" which leads easily back to the Morgins resort.
Severe
Steep skiing at 38-45 degrees. This requires very good technique and the risk of falling has serious consequences.
