Pic du midi north side line Map

This is an long access line as we need to follow the "Leche Expedition Line" then "Pic du midi line" but instead of turning right, continue straight until the peak where you are able to see "Gabelou" chairlift. The line is steep at the entrance with some rocks and a lot of trees , good weather window is important as it does take about 1 hour to get here. The line is well protected from the sun due to the NW aspect, but can be refrozen in case of rainfall. Avalanche risk is pretty high into the highest part due to the steepness and trees are everywhere around here- the empty patch of trees is guiding our route. The line finishes on the blue piste "La Leiche" which leads back to Linga ski area or "Gabelou" chairlift.
