This is a popular freeride skiing route which is generally considered to be difficult. It's extremely remote, it features medium exposure (e2) and is typically done between January and April. From a low point of 2.4 km to the maximum altitude of 3 km, the route covers 6.7 km, 174 vertical metres of ascent and 744 vertical metres of descent. It's graded 3.3 and Labande grade 4. You'll need skins to complete it safely.

Description

This is a bowl that most advanced skiers should be able to handle. It runs directly under the Corniced Chutes and leads back to the Elephants Back Base Area.
