This is a popular freeride skiing route which is generally considered to be moderate. It's extremely remote, it features low exposure (e1) and is typically done between January and March. From a low point of 2.5 km to the maximum altitude of 2.7 km, the route covers 1.3 km, 27 vertical metres of ascent and 225 vertical metres of descent.

Description

As the name suggests, since this bowl has particularly bad southern exposure, it can get icy and bare really fast. The other alternatives (Perimeter Trail etc...) are far better runs that should be more enjoyable than this one.

Difficulty

Slopes become slightly steeper at around 25-30 degrees.
