True Wilderness Map

True Wilderness is a very remote line found off the summit of this peak. It not only takes an extremely demanding hike in, but also takes one of the most tiring egresses found in Tahoe. Because of its exposure, the snow quality can also be extremely variable and in most cases, it's better to ski the iconic Last Chance run off the main face of the peak.
