Winnemucca Ridge Map

Hike up to the end of the Knife Ridge Chutes from Winnemucca Lake, and take Winnemucca Bowl to go to Deadwood Peak or Winnemucca Ridge to return to where you hiked from. The main route of the ridge is not too difficult but the variations that lead to Lower Knife Ridge are much more technical and challenging. Those routes are more suited to expert skiers while the main ridge can be skied by advanced skiers
