This is a popular ski touring route which is generally considered to be severe. It's very remote, it features unknown exposure and is typically done between December and April. From a low point of 3.5 km to the maximum altitude of 3.5 km, the route covers 122 m, 0 vertical metres of ascent and 64 vertical metres of descent.

Description

The Morgue is a steep eastern aspect off of Hidden Knoll. It often gets wind loaded and has odd sun crusts, so avalanches happen regularly here. Be very aware. If conditions allow, however, it is a very fun ski line to challenge yourself on steep, cliffed terrain.

Steep skiing at 38-45 degrees. This requires very good technique and the risk of falling has serious consequences.
