Twin Chutes Hike / Bc Gate

Start this hike from the top of the Mercury Chair. When you can get off the chair, the gate will be to your right. You will see the sign for it just above you to the left. You can only hike this area if it has been opened by patrol. Follow the road and route up to the top. As you get closer, winds will typically be high so make sure you are prepared. You will see a backcountry gate near the top. From there look for the traverse over to the rest of chutes.
