This is a popular hiking route which is generally considered to be moderate. It's remote, it features medium exposure and is typically done all year round. From a low point of 117 m to the maximum altitude of 385 m, the route covers 5.3 km, 300 vertical metres of ascent and 300 vertical metres of descent.

Description

A shorter version of the other hike in this area cutting out Roaring Mountain. This is good for people looking for a shorter hike. The top of Mount Tobey has a fire tower that offers great views of the area and there is a little waterfall stream on the hike too.
