Angry Chair is the largest cliff at Briger Bowl. Most seasons, the cliff face itself is at least 40 feet tall. People generally take this behemoth 50-70 feet. But people generally DON'T hit this. It is not good for your health. At the bottom of Job 1, don't go left into Z Fan, just head fall line and enjoy the mellow powder skiing on this small shelf. You will see the entrance to Saber Slice to your left, go just a little right, now you are on a stomach- flipping ledge that is your take off. You will probably want to back out at this point, that's fine and no one will harsh you for it. If you decide to send 'er, beware that a prejump will probably be necessary, as there are rocks near the take off. You will need a little bit of speed to get out past the sloping cliff face. The landing is very off camber, and will be way flatter then you would have guessed. You better pray there is 5 feet of fresh pow to bomb into. If you survive, you will definitely not have to buy your own beer at the bar.
Severe
Steep skiing at 38-45 degrees. This requires very good technique and the risk of falling has serious consequences.
