This is a popular trail running route which is generally considered to be severe. It's very remote, it features high exposure and is typically done between July and September. From a low point of 1.5 km to the maximum altitude of 3.2 km, the route covers 169 km, 6867 vertical metres of ascent and 6669 vertical metres of descent.
